Our History
2004
We Start Sheen Solutions Company
In 2004, our team started one of the largest statistical systems in Egypt. The objective was to develop an Enterprise-wide solution for the Ministry of Health of Egypt that facilitates the process of data collection, storage, and analysis of medical, health, and statistical records of the entire nation of Egypt. This system is web-based and enables ease of access.
2006
We developed its own first product Octopus
By 2006, the company developed its own first product, Octopus. It is a Mini ERP system that manages the full cycle of the warehouses.
During the same year, the company received a request to build a complete online solution for BookChase (a print house located in the United Kingdom) to help their clients post the material they want to print and then be able to follow up on its progress.
2007
We Build Etisalat infrastructure
By 2007, it was chosen by one of the largest Telecommunication operators in the Middle East, Etisalat, to build its IT infrastructure. A committee of highly trained professionals was assigned, and this committee was responsible for building the organization’s website and enterprise applications.
2008
We Become a Leading Company
By 2008, it was responsible for building a total Currency Management solution for ELMasryia Currency Exchange that enabled the top management to monitor transactions and operational activities performed in their twenty-five branches across Egypt.
During the same year, we helped USAID at EL-Aqba to organize the water resources for the next twenty years.
2009
We helped the AUC build their alumni events website
By 2009, it helped the AUC build its alumni events website. This website helps AUC alumni get in contact with their classmates, organize events, post class notes, and update their info.
During the same year, Abou El-Reesh University Hospital chose our team to build a web-based system for the hospital to track patients’ health status. In addition, it gives alerts to doctors and nurses regarding important checkpoints, for example, medicine times, analysis readings, and health conditions.
2010
Etisalat once again relies on Sheen Solutions in a 3 years contract
By 2010, we signed a partnership agreement with HansaWorld, one of the major software Houses in the World that has more than 74,000 successful installations in more than 110 countries around the world. We became HansaWorld’s agent to sell and implement its worldwide product HasnaWorld Enterprise in Egypt. By using HansaWorld Enterprise, Shura Solutions was able to build the software responsible for the management of prepaid and SIM cards for Vodafone Qatar. The system consisted of three main components. The first component is the data collection module that was developed totally on Windows smartphones. The second component is the Web services module which was responsible for integrating data from different runners and dispatching tasks to them. Finally, the third component is the reporting and scheduling module, which was responsible for scheduling the distribution and sales reports.
During the same year, we implemented HansaWorld Enterprise at ISHOP Egypt, the online Store for Apple products.
2012
We relies in a 3 years contract with Etisalat
By 2012, Etisalat, once again relied on us, for a three-year contract, to use its resources to implement Oracle Siebel CRM, one of the Top rated CRMs Worldwide.
